APPLYING TO THE FESTIVAL:We have 2 deadlines: April 15th is our primary deadline. We recommend you apply by this deadline, especially if you’re in a competitive category. Our second deadline is May 15th and is $50 more.
Our application fee is $25 and is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Prior to June 1st, full booth fee refund. June 1-15, refund minus $100. After June 15th, no refunds.
ART/CRAFT/PACKAGED FOOD PRODUCT: Submit 4 photos of your work, and one of your display. If you’re a previous exhibitor you don’t need to describe your work, but if you’re new, please explain medium and process.
Booth size is 10×10. There are two booth location options: Outside, or in a Large 3-Sided Tent with electricity.
